5 Year Congenital Guarantee

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any life threatening congenital defects for 5 years from date of birth.

A replacement puppy or full refund will be given (the returned puppy must be returned unharmed and in good condition)

Extended Genetic Defect Guarantee

We provide an extended health guarantee covering genetic defects up until the puppy’s next scheduled vaccinations, in place of a standard three-day money-back guarantee, as this timeframe may not be feasible for all clients.

Mandatory Vet Check & Vaccines within 3 Months

If you fail to have your puppy vet checked or fully vaccinated within 3 months of purchase date, we, the seller assume no further responsibility and the 5 year guarantee is void.

If your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening congenital defect within the first 5 years of the pup’s life, we must be notified at time of the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report and test results from the vet. The buyer then will receive a full refund. Buyer must have all original documents / receipts from the sale.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccines (as recommended by your vet) to insure immunity against disease.

Replacement Puppy

A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same parents of the original puppy. However, it is our desire to please, and we will work with our buyers to ensure satisfaction.

Vet Charges

All vet charges incurred by purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by MiniPups.

Puppy’s Mature Size

Our puppies are sold as pet quality puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or wield puppies.

The size of your puppy is not guaranteed, we do our best to estimate your puppies size by the size of both parents but the rare puppy may take after great grandparents genetics. We have a great track record and are rarely off with estimates, but at the end of the day we’re human, and anomalies can occur.

Spay and Neuter

The puppy must be spayed or neutered by the age of 12 months. Failure to complete spaying / neutering within the above mentioned timeframe will void this contract.
